We take great care and make every piece with love. However, if the product you receive is faulty, please contact Minkie Mae's within 2 days of receiving the item to discuss a return. Please provide photos of the faulty item to deem it as faulty and send this to firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the item is returned - if the item is deemed faulty, a refund or replacement of the ordered item will be sent.
If the item has evidence of use prior to return or damaged due to misuse on customers part, no refund or replacement will be offered.
